Kay Hall is serving for the United States of Airforce & Army, under Special Operation Command as Civilian position in Community Programmer. Her role is supporting Service Members and families in their Morale, Welfare, and Recreation since 2016. She is bringing her professional career to community Resiliency and Readiness which Leading with Team Programs, Deployment and Relocation Briefing, Community Volunteer Programs, and Recreational events. She achieved the Community Appreciated Award of JBLE (Joint Base Langley-Eustis) by Langley Air Force Base Commands 2017, 2018, and 2019. Currently, her station is Joint Base Langley- Eustis, Virginia.

Zin Mar Thu is Higher Education professional with over 6 years of experience in managing projects from concept to completion with an eye towards long term sustainability. Skilled in using data analysis to determine future programmatic growth strategies. In depth understanding of program administration, operations, and financial management. Zin is currently providing guidance and support to over 1000 prospective students in Baruch College of New York. She hold Master of Public Administration (MPA), Non-Profit Management and Fundraising Concentration from Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs, Baruch College. She is also certified by US Federal Emergency Management Incident Command. She has also earned her advanced project management from CUNY (The City University of New York) School of Professional Studies.
